Boyd's musical foundation was laid early—his father DJed at Club Keteke in Dansoman, exposing him to old-school sounds .
Though he discovered his singing voice around age 15, music remained a companion through his seven-year architecture studies in Russia, helping him navigate dark periods abroad .
Upon returning to Ghana in 2016, he pursued both architecture and music, releasing his debut EP Blues of Us . His sophomore project, Boys With Broken Hearts (2020), executive produced by NiiQuaye for Musical Lunatics, cemented his reputation as a compelling storyteller .
His 2023 debut solo concert, I Killed Flowers For You, showcased his magnetic stage presence and soulful delivery .
With releases like Blurry Nights and the 2025 EP Could This Be Love, Boyd continues to blend R&B, soul, and Afro-fusion with cinematic storytelling .
